Vision
The vision of the Levite Ministry Chaplaincy Corp is to outfit every possible human scenario with a comforting presence and with practical service skills in the form of a chaplain. Be it on a bar stool, in a prison, on the streets with the homeless or tutoring migrant children, the chaplain is asked to serve the present need of humankind. It is a vision where the kind-hearted will thrive and where human suffering will be reduced.
Mission
The mission of this organization is to provide a vehicle through which those with humanitarian passion can fulfill their need to effectively serve. The Corp is designed to effectively train the chaplaincy student for his/her own unique passion. Through a vast area network of associations, the newly ordained chaplain will have opportunities to serve children, the elderly, the poor, the rich, the working class, those in poverty, the imprisoned, or the addict, to name just a few possibilities. The choice is theirs.
